Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification containing tracking information when your order has shipped.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number. You can also track your package by logging into your account and viewing your order history details. All orders over $400 are shipped with a signature required for your product and package safety.Â
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account and clicking on My Orders. Don’t have an account? Click here.
You really want to create an account! If you do, you'll get to easily see your order history, the status of your orders, and track your orders. You'll also get opportunities to rack up tons of Skin Journey Points without spending any money and create a wish list with products that you have on your radar for future orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We'd love to ship your order wherever you are in this world! All international sales are final. Once orders leave the United States, Skin Journey has fulfilled its delivery duties. Packages lost, stolen, or damaged once outside of the United States rests on the recipient to file a claim with their postal service. Skin Journey is not liable or responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products. International orders can take up to 12 weeks per the postal service, including the time it takes for customs to process and release shipments. Often it takes FAR LESS time, but please note we cannot speed up this process.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Skin Journey is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. The shipping fees noted above do NOT include any import duties and taxes (including VAT). Refusal by the customer to pay any import duties or taxes will result in forfeiture of the order and no refund will be issued.
Skin Journey reserves the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.
Some brands are not eligible for shipping outside the US.
FREIGHT FORWARDERS
All sales to freight forwarders are final. Skin Journey is not liable for any issues that arise from a freight forwarding company.
SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY
During hot months, we expedite shipping from our vendors and to you. Because of this, a minimal charge is incurred. You can decline the minimal charge but some formulations that cannot stand high heat, are not eligible for return.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Skin Journey uses the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. If the destination provided is incorrect due to an error on the customer’s behalf it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier and initiate the package to be intercepted and pay the interception charge.
Skin Journey will not replace or refund due to an error on the customer's behalf. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
UNDELIVERABLE or REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders returned to us due to being undeliverable, for any reason, are subject to a refund after the return has reached us and is deemed as unopened and in sellable condition. A fee of $15 for postage and transaction fees will be deducted from the refund.
